• Online reservation is available 24 hours everyday.
• We accept reservation 48 hours ahead of the activities.
• We only accept reservation by phone for the activities within 48 hours.
• After you complete your reservation, we will contact you by email or phone to make confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• The minimum pax for boat diving trip is 6 people. We will cancel the trip if there’s less than 6 participants. Full refund will be applied.
• We will cancelled the trip if the weather or sea condition is not permitted for safety reason. Once your trip is cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible.
• Please understand if we need to terminate the trip due to the weather condition or force majeure.
• If you cancel the trip 7 days ahead, You will get full refund.
• If you cancel the trip 24 hours ahead, You will get 50% refund.
• If you cancel the trip within 24 hours, no refund will be applied.
